How should I study these grammar patterns?
Work through each blueprint in order: read the structure, check the notes, then build your own sentences with it. Patterns are grouped by level, so studying them in sequence follows the exam syllabus.

Do the patterns include example sentences?
Yes. Each blueprint includes example sentences in Japanese with the reading in hiragana and translations in Nepali, Sinhala and Vietnamese. Open a pattern to see them.
